Where is my order?
New orders placed on BikerGuard.com are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days. You can track your order using the shipping confirmation email provided.
My order shows delivered, but I have not received it
If you received a delivery notification but have not received your package, please allow 2-3 additional days, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered early.
In an effort to reduce package theft, a shipping carrier may choose to delivered to a neighbor or secured drop-off point. Please check the inbox of the email address you provided at the time you placed your order for any delivery notification emails as these may contain additional details on the delivery status or location of your package.
If your package is still missing, contact our support team at info@bikerguard.com for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier. .
Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical mailing address is required for all shipments. While we try to prevent orders from being placed with P.O. Boxes, your order may be delayed or canceled should we come across an unverified address.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you placed your order from BikerGuard.com and received the wrong product, please contact us at info@bikerguard.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
If the investigation shows that the wrong article has indeed been sent, we will contact you and figure out a way to rectify this.
If you receive an incorrect product and do not warn us within fourteen (14) days of receipt thereof, then we will consider this an act of acceptance of the received product in lieu of the ordered article.
If the box arrived damaged and/ears to have been opened, let us know and definitely take pictures before unpacking the box.
Can my order be expedited?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we are always looking to improve our services. Check back for updates!
Does my order qualify for free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders above 140 USD/140 GBP/140 EUR, shipped within the contiguous United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Shipping fees may apply for international orders or non-contiguous states and territories.
Do you ship internationally?

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged
Package Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact our support team at info@bikerguard.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
Product Damaged / Defective Upon Arrival
If you received a damaged product, however the shipping box looks perfectly fine, please send a photo of the damage or defect to our product experts here, and we will help process an exchange for you
Why did I only receive part of my order?

Why has my order not shipped yet?
Occasionally, high-demand periods (such as holiday sales or promotions) may cause minor shipping delays. If your order has not shipped within 3 business days, please reach out to info@bikerguard.com for an update.
